The 3500 sq. office space will be an open environment where business can meet academia and where innovation thrives. The building will have flexible solutions for office spaces for large and smaller companies. At the top floor, with a spectacular view of Luleå, there will be common high-class facilities for events, seminars, and conferences.
A climate-smart initiative
The Mobilaris House construction is one of a kind, and when finished, it will be the most sustainable office building in Northern Sweden. The office will run entirely on solar power which will dramatically reduce our carbon footprint. At the parking lot there will be charging stations and cycle racks. During the construction, the building contractor is strictly using only sustainable materials and recycle all building waste.

When becoming a member, you are welcome to join our weekly, monthly, and yearly events – such as workouts, festivities, and seminars. Along with access to the local business network, all your needs are taken care of as a member. For example, our in-house service available Monday to Friday, meeting rooms, internal knowledge seminars and community activities.
